What is Liberating Dance?
The drive to move to rhythms, to music as a source of joy and expression has existed since ancient times and is deeply rooted in us humans. Everyone can dance Liberating Dance, regardless of gender, age and physical condition, and you can move standing, sitting or lying down. In Liberating Dance we dance without choreography, without performance requirements. The basics of Liberating Dance are free movement, breathing and conscious presence. 

The dance session usually starts with a body dance, a dance focusing on the different parts of the body and their interaction, and then continues with seven different rhythms and movement qualities to different types of music. The session ends with relaxing elements.
