We are approaching Christmas and since many of us can't imagine a Christmas without flatbread, I have now put together a Christmas special of my popular flatbread courses - and we start already next week so stay tuned!!!!

For 2.5 hours, we explore the world of flatbread. We talk about raw materials, techniques, tools and the oven. We roll and bake, drink coffee and let the butter melt on the freshly baked bread. For Christmas, we are baking two types of flatbread. My regular soft spiced flatbread and a soft one with saffron in it. The latter is fantastic with an aged cheese such as blue cheese with a little blackberry marmalade. A new favorite for the mulled wine perhaps?
At the end of the evening/day, you get to take home the flatbread we baked. The course fee also includes coffee and cake (day course) or sandwiches (evening course) and local delicacies to taste the flatbread with. You will also receive recipes and a compendium of tips and tricks for baking at home.
