My heart beats a little extra for flatbread. And flatbread should be baked together! For 2.5 hours we will learn about raw materials, techniques and tools. We roll and bake, drink coffee and let the butter melt on the freshly baked bread.
At the end of the day, you will take home the flatbread we baked. You will also receive recipes and a compendium of tips and tricks for baking at home.
