Tillverka dina egna naturliga hudvårdsprodukter – Kurs 30 november

Delight yourself and your friends by making your own soap, salve and cerate - with organic and natural ingredients! And maybe solve your Christmas gift challenges in time!

Welcome to an inspiring course at the scenic Herresta Lada on Sunday, November 30. Here you will learn the basics of soap making and try to make your own personal ointment and cerate of beeswax and organic calendula oil in rapeseed - and with other optional oils and scents. And not least, a great opportunity to have fun with like-minded new contacts. You'll take home knowledge, products and recipes to easily continue your creation.

Approach and trainers

The set-up is simple and fun: you split into half groups, each with a teacher. You start by making either soap or ointment/cerat, and then you switch groups so that you as a participant get to try both.

The two course leaders are presented below;

- The soap course is held by Nasim Nadi Landegren, who runs Aulèn Organic Skincare and creates organic skin and hair care. She is a trained organic skin therapist and licensed educator.

- The sage and cerate course is held by Pia Cederberg from Jordnära bildning och beredskap. Pia is a science teacher, nature guide and forest garden consultant. Read more about her at jordnarabildning.se

What's included?

Included in the course price - which you can take home:

- about 200 g of soap pulp that you scent and color yourself from our many options

- a cerat, with or without fragrance

- a jar of emollient ointment

If you want, you can also buy more of what we have made during the course or of Nasim's own soaps, or additional soap mass to continue making at home.

All protective equipment is provided - you just need to come in full-coverage clothing and a pair of comfortable indoor slippers. During the break, it is possible to buy coffee with good organic sweets.

Location and times

We meet on November 30 at 13.00-16.30 with us at the course farm Herresta Lada just outside Sigtuna. Directions to Herresta Lada can be found on Google Maps. wwwherrestalada.com.

Price

The price is 850 SEK per person including VAT. If you want pick-up and drop-off at Märsta station, an additional 50 SEK/person and distance will be charged - to be announced in advance. The number of participants is maximized to 12 people.
