The farm's food truck open with clean and additive-free food from the farm
At the farm shop we have our chef in the food truck who every other weekend (even weeks) flips burgers of pure grass-fed beef from the farm, our original burger is widely known and attracts visitors with a long journey. We also serve our handmade barbecue sausages and usually some "special dish" that follows what the season has to offer. If you do not want to eat meat, we have alternatives to that. Our goal is to have raw materials from our own farm, then from our neighbors and always organic goods if possible.
When the weather allows, we have an open fire to warm up by, outdoor seating with plenty of seating and even inside for those who want. We keep our distance and are advantageously out. In the farm shop there is our espresso bar with milk from our grass-grazing cows and a buffet with home-baked with classics such as our draft chocolate cake, grandmother Gerd's vanilla buns, caramel cakes but also gluten- and sugar-free raw food balls etc. We always have our rye sieve cakes with charcuterie from the farm's charcuterie and Belgian waffles made from the farm's milk, cream, eggs and in the future also the farm's own cereals.

Measures due to Covid-19
We keep our distance and there are good opportunities to stay out during the entire stay. We can come out with the order and the goods you want to buy. We spray hands and surfaces regularly and wave instead of hugging or greeting by hand.
