At Jädra Gård there is something for all ages. Some remember the walk to the Viking's grave through the forest past the giant anthills and to be able to pick eggs from the hens best. Others think that the height of happiness lies with the horses in the stable. The farmer at the grill is appreciated by everyone and the tractor is usually very exciting.
Jädra Gård is a place that people have lived and worked in for many hundreds of years, everything from the Vikings to the farmer of today. Did you know that jädra are Old Norse and have the meaning elevation / edge.
You check in between 12-15 and meet the farmer who tells you about the farm and the animals that live there.
You visit the hens and can pick eggs from the nest for breakfast. You have the opportunity to get acquainted with the stables where the horses live. Have a cozy & busy time with the pony Stanley. It is an appreciated activity for everyone involved
There is a lot the farmer has to do on the farm.
