High on a hill stands Altuna church with a view of the entire parish. The church is from the middle of the 19th century. It then replaced a medieval church that was in too bad a condition to be repaired.
The church is built in neoclassical style. It is bright and atmospheric with large windows and white walls.
Outside the church stands an exciting rune stone, Altuna Runestone.
