Das Projekt wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Akteuren im Bereich lokaler Lebensmittel durchgef\u00fchrt: Bondens Mat i Uppland, Smaka p\u00e5 V\u00e4stmanland und die REKO-Ringe in Enk\u00f6ping und Uppsala. Wir haben auch das Interesse von S\u00f6rmlands Matkluster und Roslagsmat erkundet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziel des Projekts ist es, mehrere lokale Lebensmittelhandwerker\/Lebensmittelproduzenten zusammenzubringen, um eine Vernetzungsveranstaltung f\u00fcr interessierte Lebensmittelhandwerker und Informationsveranstaltungen \u00fcber lokale Lebensmittel w\u00e4hrend eines Lebensmittelmarkts am Gartentag in Enk\u00f6ping zu organisieren.
