Martin und Jessica Faiss von Granum Musteri haben beide eine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Pomologie, Apfelanbau und Apfelmost. Dies ist seit vielen Generationen der Fall, denn der Hof wird seit den 1840er Jahren in derselben Familie weitergegeben und der Apfelanbau war schon immer ein Kerngesch\u00e4ft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heute gibt es zwei Plantagen - die alte und die neue. Die alte stammt aus den 1930er und 40er Jahren und besteht aus Solit\u00e4rb\u00e4umen auf gro\u00dfen, stark wachsenden St\u00e4mmen. Die neue wurde 2020 gepflanzt und ist eine moderne Spalierobstanlage, in der die B\u00e4ume dicht mit schwach wachsenden St\u00e4mmen bepflanzt sind. Beiden Apfelplantagen ist gemeinsam, dass alte schwedische Sorten wie \u00c5ker\u00f6, Cox Orange und Ingrid Marie angebaut werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen Ihre \u00c4pfel zum Mosten in der kleinen Mosterei abgeben. Der Most, der pasteurisiert und in einer Bag-in-Box verpackt wird, ist ungefiltert und ganz ohne Zusatzstoffe, nur aus 100%-\u00c4pfeln. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch den hofeigenen, feinen Most kaufen. 2021 erhielten Martin und Jessica f\u00fcr ihre \u201dIngrid Marie\u201d eine Bronzemedaille bei der Most-SM!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Anbau und der Most sind bio-zertifiziert, und Granum ist ein zertifizierter Eldrimner Lebensmittelhandwerker.
