Auf den Wiesen rund um den See Ryssj\u00f6n k\u00f6nnen Sie wei\u00dfe und schwarze Schafe grasen sehen. Es sind Schafe der Rassen Leicester und s\u00fcdafrikanischer Dorper von Karlbergs Schafzucht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorper Schafe sind wei\u00df mit schwarzem Kopf. Sie sind unscheinbare Tiere, die sich mit magerem Weideland begn\u00fcgen, aber dennoch sehr schmackhaftes und zartes Fleisch haben. Leicester-Schafe haben ein sch\u00f6nes wei\u00dfes Fell, das gl\u00e4nzende, lange Wolle und feines Fleisch liefert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf dem Hof werden auch Kreuzungen zwischen den beiden Rassen vorgenommen, um ihre einzigartigen Kombinationen zu nutzen. Anna und Claes, die den Hof leiten, legen gro\u00dfen Wert darauf, dass die Schafe gl\u00fccklich und gesund sind. Die Schlachtung erfolgt in einem \u00f6rtlichen Schlachthof, damit die Tiere nicht weit reisen m\u00fcssen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Hofladen k\u00f6nnen Sie Lamm- und Hammelfleisch, Wurstwaren, Lamm- und Schaffelle, Dummyfelle, Honig und Bienenwachs aus unseren eigenen Bienenst\u00f6cken kaufen. Die Felle gibt es in verschiedenen Farben und Felll\u00e4ngen und sind waschbar. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch als Babyfelle verwendet werden. Zu den Produkten gibt es auch noch einige andere Kleinigkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
