Die Rinder von Ekbolanda grasen die meiste Zeit des Jahres auf nat\u00fcrlichen Weiden. Das ergibt feines und schmackhaftes Fleisch, aber auch die grasenden Maultiere leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Artenvielfalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiere, die auf alten Weiden und Wiesen grasen, halten die Landschaft offen und erm\u00f6glichen allen Arten von Bienen, Hummeln, Schmetterlingen und Insekten das \u00dcberleben, da die Vegetation viel abwechslungsreicher und vielf\u00e4ltiger wird. Und wie wir alle wissen, sind Bienen und Hummeln f\u00fcr alles, was angebaut wird, lebenswichtig. Leider werden offene Wiesen und Weiden in Schweden immer seltener, so dass nat\u00fcrliches Weidefleisch die beste Wahl ist!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das gesamte Fleisch des Hofes ist KRAV-zertifiziert. Es wird auf REKO-Ringen oder direkt ab Hof verkauft. Im Lagerhaus des Hofes gibt es ein gem\u00fctliches Caf\u00e9 mit Kristins hausgemachten Kuchen. Dort kann man auch Lebensmittelhandwerk von anderen Erzeugern, Blumen, Einrichtungsgegenst\u00e4nde und Schn\u00e4ppchen in dem kleinen Flohmarktraum im Obergeschoss kaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
