Auf dem Hof wird Forstwirtschaft betrieben und es gibt Schafe, Getreide, K\u00fche. Auch Honig wird hier produziert und jeden Herbst wird der hofeigene Apfelmost verkauft, der in einer nahe gelegenen Mosterei gepresst und pasteurisiert wird. Es ist klar, dass die Borup Farm auf f\u00fcrsorgliche Tierpflege setzt. Die L\u00e4mmer wachsen bei ihren M\u00fcttern auf, und die Tiere bewegen sich frei zwischen Innen- und Au\u00dfenbereich. Ein Teil der Weidehaltung findet in Solarparks statt, wo die Schafe helfen, die Vegetation in Schach zu halten. Gesunder Tiere zu haben bedeutet, feine Wolle, sch\u00f6ne Felle und hochwertiges Fleisch liefern zu k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Schafbeweidung h\u00e4lt die Landschaft offen und f\u00f6rdert die Artenvielfalt. Das Futter in Form von Gras, Heu und Stroh wird vor Ort auf dem Hof produziert. Der Betrieb wird gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils mit selbst erzeugtem Solarstrom betrieben, dessen \u00dcberschuss an die Anwohner geliefert wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kleinr\u00e4umige und lokale Produktion im Zusammenspiel mit der Natur kennzeichnet die Arbeit auf dem Hof. So wird der Boden, der Wald und die Tierwelt auch f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftige Generationen erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
