Der Borup-Hof hat stets die Zukunft im Blick und arbeitet deshalb mit nachhaltigen Methoden \u2013 sowohl f\u00fcr die Tiere als auch f\u00fcr den Boden und zuk\u00fcnftige Generationen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Hof liegt nur einen Katzensprung von der E18 au\u00dferhalb von V\u00e4ster\u00e5s entfernt und wird von der Familie Magnusson als kleiner Familienbetrieb nach regenerativen Prinzipien gef\u00fchrt. Gerade jetzt \u00fcbernimmt die sechste Generation den Betrieb. Auf dem Hof gibt es Schafe, Getreideanbau, Pferdehaltung und Forstwirtschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Lammkisten sind besonders beliebt und k\u00f6nnen \u00fcber die Website von Borup G\u00e5rd bestellt werden. Die Bienen des Hofes produzieren k\u00f6stlichen Honig, und im Herbst gibt es auch Apfelmost aus den eigenen \u00c4pfeln des Hofes zu kaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn du als Verbraucher bei Borup g\u00e5rd einkaufst, bekommst du Produkte, bei denen Nachhaltigkeit im Vordergrund steht. Die Tierhaltung basiert auf regenerativen Prinzipien, bei denen das genutzt wird, was vorhanden ist. Die Schafe fressen Futter, das auf dem Hof produziert wird \u2013 Silage, Gras, Hafer und Gerste. Im Winter schlafen sie gem\u00fctlich auf Stroh aus dem eigenen Ackerbau des Hofes. Das Einzige, was von au\u00dfen zugef\u00fchrt wird, sind Salzsteine und Mineralien. Der D\u00fcnger wird gesammelt, kompostiert und wieder auf die Felder ausgebracht. So schlie\u00dft sich der Kreislauf und tr\u00e4gt zu einem lebendigen Boden mit besserer Struktur und Fruchtbarkeit bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Jahres weiden die Schafe in einem Solarpark direkt neben dem Hof. Dort halten sie die Landschaft offen, tragen zur Artenvielfalt bei und schaffen gleichzeitig die Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die lokale Energieerzeugung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf dem Borup-Hof h\u00e4ngt alles zusammen \u2013 Tierschutz, Anbau und Essen. Ihre Lammfleisch-Kisten sind das Ergebnis genau dieser Arbeit. Es ist Fleisch aus lokaler Produktion von Tieren, die ein gutes Leben hatten und in einem System aufgewachsen sind, in dem man versucht, mehr zur\u00fcckzugeben, als man nimmt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hier glaubt man an die Kraft kleiner Betriebe und lokaler Produktion und daran, Boden, Wald und Tierwelt verantwortungsbewusst f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftige Generationen zu bewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
