Auf dem Hof Resta werden alle Nutztiere das ganze Jahr \u00fcber im Freien gehalten. Kinder, L\u00e4mmer und K\u00e4lber wachsen ganz nat\u00fcrlich auf und bleiben bei ihren M\u00fcttern, bis sie nicht mehr s\u00e4ugen wollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Milchk\u00fche und ihre K\u00e4lber werden t\u00e4glich gemolken und die Milch wird in unserer Hofmolkerei zu Milch, Joghurt, Feile, Sahne, Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche usw. verarbeitet. K\u00e4lber werden das ganze Jahr \u00fcber geboren, aber im Fr\u00fchling kommen alle Ferkel und L\u00e4mmer. Sp\u00e4ter in der Saison grasen sie auf den Weiden des Hofes. Neben den St\u00e4llen befindet sich ein neu angelegter Park mit Gem\u00fcseg\u00e4rten und einer Apfelplantage. Wir haben einen sch\u00f6nen Park, in dem man spielen und sich eine Weile hinsetzen kann, um die Natur zu genie\u00dfen, und Wanderwege auf dem Hof, auf denen man herrlich spazieren gehen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Hofladen und das Caf\u00e9 befinden sich ein paar hundert Meter n\u00f6rdlich des Hofes Resta in einer alten M\u00fchle. Er verkauft alles aus der eigenen kleinen Molkerei und Wurstwaren, Rind-, Schweine- und Lammfleisch, Apfelsaft, Leder usw. Die Espressobar mit den besten Milchkaffees hat gute Hausb\u00e4ckerei. F\u00fcr diejenigen, die mehr essen wollen, gibt es belgische Waffeln, Wurstsandwiches und ein warmes Mittagessen des Tages, das je nach Saison variiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du kannst auch ein \u201dNah an den Tieren\u201d-Erlebnis buchen, eine lustige Aktivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Jung und Alt. Wenn du l\u00e4nger bleiben m\u00f6chtest, kannst du eine \u00dcbernachtung in den luxuri\u00f6sen Hotelzimmern der Farm buchen. https:\/\/restagard.understory.io\/sv<\/p>\n\n\n\n
