Das langsamere Wachstum und die nat\u00fcrliche Umgebung f\u00fchren zu einem Fleisch, das Zeit hat, einen guten Fettgehalt und einen ausgepr\u00e4gten Geschmack zu entwickeln. Ein Geschmackserlebnis f\u00fcr alle, die ein hochwertiges Rohmaterial zu sch\u00e4tzen wissen. Mit mehr Zeit zum Wachsen werden die Tiere auch gr\u00f6\u00dfer - die H\u00e4hne der Hagby Farm k\u00f6nnen bis zu vier Kilo wiegen, w\u00e4hrend die H\u00fchner in der Regel 2-2,5 Kilo wiegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neben H\u00e4hnchen aus eigener Aufzucht sind je nach Saison auch Ente, Gans und Truthahn erh\u00e4ltlich. Es gibt auch eine Reihe von verarbeiteten H\u00fchnerprodukten wie k\u00e4sige H\u00fchnerburger und verschiedene Arten von W\u00fcrstchen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
