Schillstr\u00f6ms Hantverksbageri befindet sich in Gamla B\u00e5lsta, wo S\u00fc\u00df- und Sauerteigbrote aus traditionellen Getreidesorten gebacken werden. Jessica und Natalia, die die B\u00e4ckerei betreiben, tr\u00e4umten schon lange davon, einen eigenen Laden zu er\u00f6ffnen, dem sie ihren eigenen Stempel aufdr\u00fccken k\u00f6nnen. Die B\u00e4ckerei ist seit November 2023 ge\u00f6ffnet, und die beiden B\u00e4ckerinnen sind sehr zufrieden mit ihrem Gesch\u00e4ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beide verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber einen gro\u00dfen Erfahrungsschatz in der Branche, was sie mit dem Gewinn von zwei Goldmedaillen und dem Titel des Klassenbesten bei der schwedischen Handwerksmeisterschaft 2024 bewiesen haben. Sie sind sehr qualit\u00e4tsbewusst und verwenden so viel wie m\u00f6glich biologische und lokale Zutaten. Ein Gro\u00dfteil des Mehls stammt aus J\u00e4dra Pfarrhaus.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der B\u00e4ckerei k\u00f6nnen Sie auch fr\u00fchst\u00fccken und ein leichtes Mittagessen zu sich nehmen oder eine Kaffeepause mit Br\u00f6tchen, Geb\u00e4ck und Kuchen einlegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen auch Kuchen bestellen, es gibt eine feste Auswahl, die je nach Saison und Angebot wechselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
