Camilla und Peter Sivander sind die f\u00fcnfte Generation auf S\u00e4by Frukt in Veckholm. Der Apfelanbau geht auf das Jahr 1897 zur\u00fcck, als die ersten Apfelb\u00e4ume von der Familie Sivander gepflanzt wurden. Peter ist auf dem Hof aufgewachsen und Camilla ist ausgebildete Pomologin. Beide verbindet die Leidenschaft f\u00fcr den schwedischen Obstanbau und die Verarbeitung von \u00c4pfeln zu schmackhaftem Most. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auf den 12 Hektar des Betriebs stehen rund 23.000 Apfelb\u00e4ume mit etwa f\u00fcnfzehn verschiedenen Sorten, die zwischen August und Oktober reifen, darunter so bekannte Sorten wie Aroma, Discovery, Ingrid Marie und \u00c5ker\u00f6. Dank der neuen ULO-Lagerung (Ultra Low Oxygen) und lagerf\u00e4higen Apfelsorten wie Rubinola und Elstar kann S\u00e4by Frukt bis ins Fr\u00fchjahr hinein frische und schmackhafte \u00c4pfel anbieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Obst, das nicht zum Verzehr geeignet ist, wird in unserer eigenen Mosterei auf dem Hof zu Most gepresst. Der Most besteht aus 100% \u00c4pfeln ohne Zusatzstoffe und wird schonend aus reinen \u00c4pfeln gepresst. Die verschiedenen Sorten werden getrennt gepresst und die verschiedenen Moste haben ganz unterschiedliche Charaktere; einige sind rund und weich, andere frisch und s\u00e4uerlich. Der Apfelmost ist im 3-Liter-Beutel im Karton und in kleinen Flaschen von 25 cl erh\u00e4ltlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im unbesetzten Hofladen \u00c4ppelboden k\u00f6nnen Sie das ganze Jahr \u00fcber Apfelmost, Raps\u00f6l, das aus dem auf dem Hof angebauten Raps gepresst wird, und Honig, der aus dem Nektar von Raps und Apfelbl\u00fcten gewonnen wird, kaufen. In \u00c4ppelboden k\u00f6nnen Sie auch die verschiedenen Moste probieren, um Ihren Favoriten zu finden! Von August bis April k\u00f6nnen Sie frische \u00c4pfel vorbestellen, die im Hofladen abgeholt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
