Er glaubt, dass gutes Design eine Kombination aus Form und Funktion ist, wobei das Ergebnis unsere Sinne ansprechen sollte. Die kleinen Details sind wichtiger als der gro\u00dfe Reiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die neu gefertigten M\u00f6bel verwendet er oft hochwertiges, altes Holz, das die feine Patina des Alters erh\u00e4lt und Geschichten aus der Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart transportiert. Mats w\u00e4hlt das Holz nach Eignung und Haptik aus - Birke f\u00fcr leichte, unbehandelte M\u00f6bel, die eine harte Oberfl\u00e4che brauchen, Eiche f\u00fcr M\u00f6bel, die Gewicht signalisieren, w\u00e4hrend Kiefer f\u00fcr eher klassisches schwedisches Design verwendet wird. F\u00fcr seine moderneren, etwas verspielteren M\u00f6bel mit Industriecharakter verwendet er Birkensperrholz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Wood Shop gibt es Tische, Sofas und Sideboards, aber auch kleinere Artikel wie Lampen und Schneidebretter.
