Im Jahr 2024 wird Ellen mit dem Anbau von Gem\u00fcse und Blumen f\u00fcr den Verkauf auf der Tullen-Farm beginnen. Es handelt sich um einen Anbau in kleinem Ma\u00dfstab mit einem starken Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, bei dem sie von der Idee ausgeht, dass Lebensmittel ungiftig, lokal und im Einklang mit der Natur angebaut werden sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Betrieb wird nach \u00f6kologischen Grunds\u00e4tzen gef\u00fchrt, auch wenn er noch nicht bio-zertifiziert ist. Das bedeutet u. a., dass der D\u00fcnger aus dem eigenen Kompost und aus der eigenen H\u00fchnerherde stammt. Die H\u00fchner der alten Rasse Sk\u00e5nsk Blomme liefern auch Eier, die zum Verkauf angeboten werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Gem\u00fcse wird haupts\u00e4chlich in den REKO-Ringen in und um Enk\u00f6ping sowie in einem kleinen Laden auf dem Hof verkauft. Sie k\u00f6nnen auch Gem\u00fcsekisten abonnieren, die ab Juni 2024 innerhalb von Enk\u00f6ping nach Hause geliefert werden, und die Kisten mit Blumen oder Eiern erg\u00e4nzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ellen n\u00e4ht auch Kinderkleidung, die sie auf Instagram unter der Marke Lilla S\u00f6ders\u00e4tra.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
