Start im Sommer 2025 Globale Esskultur in Schweden<\/a>, ein Kochbuch, das das Ergebnis eines vom schwedischen Landwirtschaftsministerium finanzierten Projekts ist. Globale Esskultur<\/a>, Das Ziel ist es, alte Lebensmitteltraditionen, die nach Schweden gekommen sind, zu bewahren und mit Lebensmittelfreunden aus der ganzen Welt zu teilen. Ein weiteres Ziel ist es, Menschen, die au\u00dferhalb Schwedens geboren wurden, und lokale Lebensmittelproduzenten, wie Landwirte und Lebensmittelhandwerker, zusammenzubringen. Das Buch mit 58 Rezepten aus 28 L\u00e4ndern ist in allen gro\u00dfen Online-Buchhandlungen erh\u00e4ltlich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Rahmen des Projekts wurden zwei Veranstaltungen organisiert. Die erste fand 2024 in den Kulturen in Lund w\u00e4hrend der Kulturnacht statt, mit einem Markt und Vortr\u00e4gen. Die zweite fand im Fr\u00fchjahr 2025 im Historischen Museum in Stockholm statt, wo mehrere Mitglieder von Fj\u00e4rdhundraland teilnahmen und ihre Produkte auf einem gut besuchten Markt ausstellten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
