Sara hat ein lebenslanges Interesse an Lebensmitteln - und insbesondere an Brot. Als sie Sauerteig entdeckte, wurde ihr Interesse an Brot noch gr\u00f6\u00dfer, und schlie\u00dflich blieb ihr nichts anderes \u00fcbrig, als eine B\u00e4ckerei zu er\u00f6ffnen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Mehl stammt aus kleinen M\u00fchlen und besteht oft aus verschiedenen Kulturgetreidesorten von lokalen Bauernh\u00f6fen. Zusammen mit den langen G\u00e4rzeiten des Sauerteigs entsteht ein Brot mit reichem Geschmack und einer sch\u00f6nen Struktur. Ein echtes Brot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In den ersten f\u00fcnf Jahren betrieb Sara die B\u00e4ckerei von ihrer K\u00fcche zu Hause aus, aber jetzt ist eine neue, gr\u00f6\u00dfere B\u00e4ckerei fertig, in der sie noch mehr Brot backen kann! Sie k\u00f6nnen ihr Brot auch an den REKO-Ringen in V\u00e4ster\u00e5s<\/a>, Uppsala Die Bolands<\/a>, Sollentuna <\/a>und Bruder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
