Lia und Tommy pflanzten im Herbst 2019 den ersten Baum in Solkulla Matskog. Die Idee entstand aus dem Wunsch, die W\u00fcste zu begr\u00fcnen, und endete dort, wo sie stehen, in Kulla au\u00dferhalb von \u00d6rsundsbro. Ein vernachl\u00e4ssigtes Feld wird in einen Wald mit Nahrung verwandelt. Unter den Obst-, Beeren- und Nussb\u00e4umen wachsen Str\u00e4ucher, Kriechpflanzen und Stauden, die essbare Nahrung f\u00fcr Menschen und Best\u00e4uber bieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solkulla Matskog ist ein Erlebnisgarten, in dem Sie eine andere Art der Arbeit mit Pflanzen erleben k\u00f6nnen. Mit so wenig Arbeitsaufwand wie m\u00f6glich wird der Garten von Jahr zu Jahr mit der eigenen Formensprache der Pflanzen angelegt. Materialien, die andere wegwerfen, werden verwendet, um das Klima nicht mit Neuanschaffungen zu belasten. Holz aus abgerissenen Scheunen, Metallschrott und nat\u00fcrlich lokal produzierte Dinge befl\u00fcgeln die Phantasie und Kreativit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In den Beeten neben dem Haus mischen sich essbare Pflanzen mit Blumen und Weintrauben. Es gibt Sandbeete und H\u00fcgelbeete f\u00fcr K\u00fcchenpflanzen und Wildpflanzen, die f\u00fcr Vielfalt sorgen. Ein Gew\u00e4chshaus sorgt f\u00fcr eine l\u00e4ngere Vegetationsperiode. Das mikroklimatische Potenzial des Grundst\u00fccks wird f\u00fcr w\u00e4rmeempfindlichere B\u00e4ume wie Walnuss, Esskastanie, Pfirsich, Quitte, Minikivi und Maulbeere genutzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lia Star\u00e4lv ist eine Permakultur-Designerin. Sie kann Ihnen helfen, dort, wo Sie leben, auf sch\u00f6ne, nachhaltige und vielf\u00e4ltige Weise Lebensmittel zu produzieren. Basierend auf den Bedingungen von Ihnen, Ihrem Ort und der Nachbarschaft, wird die Vegetation so gestaltet, dass sie ein Ganzes wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lia leitet auch Workshops und Tagesausfl\u00fcge mit Outdoor-Kochen und Outdoor-Aktivit\u00e4ten. Sie hat neun Jahre Erfahrung in der vegetarischen K\u00fcche in einem Restaurant, und Sie werden begeistert sein! Gemeinsam werden Sie direkt auf dem Land ernten und ein mehrg\u00e4ngiges Men\u00fc mit vielen verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen kreieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
